Shipping and the lot

Free shipping

We currently offer free STANDARD shipping for orders with product value over USD 60.-- You further have the option to upgrade your order to EXPEDITED shipping, see drop down menu. 

Shipping your precious goods

Orders usually ship within 48 business hours (excluding holidays and if otherwise noted at checkout) of receipt of payment. Very often we will process your order already within 24 business hours.
Please check your order details and "ship to" address carefully. Please do not use P.O. Box addresses. APO addresses might be subject to longer transit times than indicated below.

STANDARD shipping  transit times 

For shipments to
- Australia you may expect 4-9 business days
- the US, please expect 3-7 business days for transit
- to Canada & Latin America please expect 4-9 business days for transit
- to Asia please expect 4-7 business days for transit
- to Africa you may expect 5-15 business days
- to Europe please expect 5-8 business days for transit

After your order is shipped you will receive tracking information enabling you to track your shipment. Please note that above transit times are best effort of the carrier.

EXPEDITED shipping  transit times 

For shipments to 
- Australia you may expect 2-9 business days
- the US, please expect 2-4 business days for transit
- to Canada & Latin America please expect 2-5 business days for transit

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal, however we are currently not able to accept credit or debit cards. Please note that it is possible to use your credit card and other payment service providers via PayPal.

Duties and Taxes

Depending on product availability we will ship from the United States or our Far East Logistics Centre in Hong Kong.
Depending on your country or region (e.g Canada, Europe, Americas) duties or taxes may be applied by your local customs, or brokerages fees charged by the carrier; these are your responsibility. We do not have control over these costs. In agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you agree to responsibility for these charges and/or costs.
For SplitFish Gameware customers within the European Union (EU) we do suggest to order products from the European site in order to avoid any duties, taxes, brokerage fees.

Warranty

Warranty only covers defects of products caused by manufacturing. It does not cover regular wear and tear, including but not limited to, breakage due to abuse, improper usage, water damage or other causes attributable to events outside the manufacturing process.

US, Australia, Americas, Africa and Asia: 1 year warranty on all products.
EU: 2 year warranty on all products.

All products are covered by local warranty regulations.

Returns

If you wish to return a product please contact support via e-mail.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased from our online store. Support will assist for warranty issues or returns for purchases from other sources.The return procedure must be initiated by you within 30 days of receipt of the product.
Return procedure:

- contact support via e-mail to obtain RMA (return merchandise authorisation)
- note the RMA number on the address line
- return product in original packaging and original condition
- include proof of purchase
- we will contact you upon receipt
- a restocking fee of 15% may apply

Bear in mind that we are not responsible for any return shipping cost you incur. We suggest you use a service with tracking number in order to monitor progress.
